Biography

Whom you choose to represent you in your traffic, criminal, TRO, defense case will have an enormous impact on the outcome. Even for a first offense, penalties associated with traffic violations can include license suspension, substantial fines, mandatory attendance at a State or NJMVC approved alcohol program (if charged with DUI/DWI) and probation-diversion. Recently, the laws regarding DWI and DUID as well as cannabis possession have drastically changed in New Jersey. New York laws are completely different and there can be multiple legal implications for certain offenses with carry over from each State. Plea bargaining in certain alcohol and drug related driving offenses is now permitted in New Jersey. However, there are no jury trials on DWI and DUID NJ offenses despite the exposure in certain circumstances to 180 days of incarceration in the county jail. Attorney E. Gregory M. Cannarozzi is experienced, skillful, trial tested and dedicated to your defense, and will fight for your rights every step of the way.

The same level of dedication is provided in all areas of NJ Personal Injury cases by my law-firm. Experienced trial lawyers generally obtain optimum monetary results for their clients, and the rewards which I have achieved for my injured clients, which includes auto, truck, premises, slip and fall, traumatic brain injury, biking and dog bite cases are accurately reflected in their business reviews of my representation. Free consultation is always provided.
